A.R.C.H Marble Falls
March 21 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
An event every month that begins at 7:00pm on day Third of the month, repeating indefinitely
The idea of walking into a recovery group for the first time can be daunting enough, not to mention an abortion recovery group. I wanted to share a little bit about what someone can expect:
🔸 Current groups are women only though any woman, any age, any background, belief, lifestyle or story is welcome.
🔸 Every attendee has experienced loss through abortion so you will share a common experience with every single person in the room-including me as a facilitator.
🔸You will not be required to share your story, answer questions or engage in any way that doesn’t make you comfortable. Attendees are welcome to sit, listen and observe as long as they like.
🔸Regular attendance, though encouraged, is not required. We will not be using a curriculum but rather a series of recovery tools similar to what you might find in other groups like AA or NA, etc.
🔸The philosophy of the group is that abortion and the many factors surrounding that choice leave a woman in need of healing and recovery, however every woman might need different tools for that journey. Our desire is to provide those tools in an environment that is confidential, safe and supportive.
NOTE: If you are hesitant to attend a local group, we also offer an online group. Request to be added by searching The ARCH Support in Facebook Groups or you can contact Whitney Goble at (725) 867-8659.
